Restaurant Supervisor

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring quality service and guest satisfaction.

Salary Range:

Rp5,000,000 – Rp6,500,000 / month

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise restaurant staff and coordinate with kitchen
  • Handle reservations, seating, and guest requests
  • Train and motivate restaurant staff
  • Monitor cleanliness, safety, and service standards
  • Assist with inventory and ordering

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s in Hospitality/F&B
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a restaurant supervisor
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
