Operations Manager

Oversee daily resort operations, ensure coordination between departments runs smoothly, and maintain high guest satisfaction.

Salary Range:

Rp8,000,000 – Rp12,000,000 / month

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all resort departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, etc.)
  • Implement SOPs and ensure compliance with service standards
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and handle serious complaints
  • Assist the owner with budgeting, planning, and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel/resort operations
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
