HR Manager

Manage recruitment, employee relations, training, and HR policies to support resort operations.

Salary Range:

Rp7,000,000 – Rp10,000,000 / month

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and retain quality staff
  • Manage employee records, payroll coordination, and compliance with labor laws
  • Create training and staff development programs
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and SOPs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Manager (preferably in hospitality)
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
