Finance & Accounting Manager

Responsible for financial planning, accounting, and reporting to ensure profitability and compliance.

Salary Range:

Rp7,000,000 – Rp10,000,000 / month

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly/annual financial reports
  • Manage budgets, planning, and cash flow
  • Oversee payments, receivables, payroll, and tax reporting
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian financial regulations
  • Support cost-control initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel/resort finance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero)
